II. Rights of users and data subjects

With regard to the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right to

  • confirmation as to whether data concerning them are being processed, information on the data processed, further information on the data processing and copies of the data (cf. also Article 15 GDPR);
  • rectification or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (cf. also Article 16 GDPR);
  • immediate erasure of the data concerning them (cf. also Article 17 GDPR) or, alternatively, insofar as further processing is required pursuant to Article 17(3) GDPR, to restrict the processing in accordance with Article 18 GDPR;
  • to receive the data concerning them and provided by them and to transmit this data to other providers/controllers (cf. also Article 20 GDPR);
  • to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they are of the opinion that the data concerning them is being processed by the provider in breach of data protection provisions (cf. also Article 77 GDPR).

In addition, the provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed by the provider of any rectification or erasure of data or restriction of processing that takes place on the basis of Articles 16, 17(1) and 18 GDPR. However, this obligation shall not apply if such notification is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Without prejudice to this, the user has a right to information about these recipients.

Likewise, users and data subjects have the right to object to the future processing of data concerning them in accordance with Article 21 GDPR, insofar as the data is processed by the provider in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to the processing of data for the purpose of direct advertising shall be permitted.

 

III. Information on data processing

Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or made unavailable as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, the erasure of the data does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations and no other information on individual processing procedures is provided below.

Contact enquiries/contact options

If you contact us via the contact form or e-mail, the data you provide will be used to process your enquiry. The provision of the data is necessary for processing and responding to your enquiry – without their provision we are unable to respond to your enquiry or, at best, only able to respond to a limited extent. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Processing of personal data
The processing of your data is necessary for the fulfilment of contractual services. We process your data for the following specific purposes:

In accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR on the basis of the contract
concluded with you:
- Fulfilment of contractual performance
- Payment processing
- Delivery of contractually ordered services
- Warranty services, handling of complaints

In accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR on the basis of the consent given by you:
- Sending of interesting information about products and services
- if applicable, transmission of your contact details to transport companies or subcontractors for the fulfilment of services

Duration of processing
We only process your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil contractual services and maintain the customer relationship. We comply with the statutory retention and storage periods in accordance with the requirements of the German Commercial Code (HGB) (maximum of 6 and 10 years).

Unless you object, we will use your data to maintain and intensify our business relationship for our mutual benefit. Should you wish for your data to be deleted, we will take appropriate measures without delay, provided that legal requirements are not affected and do not conflict with our actions.

 

V. Information to suppliers in accordance with Article 13 GDPR

KG informs you in accordance with Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act about the processing of your personal data: the company name, the company address, the business and, if applicable, also privately used telephone number/mobile phone number, the contact person with surname and first name. We do not store or process any information beyond this.
