To celebrate its 150th anniversary, Gruse Maschinenbau opened its doors to all visitors on Saturday, 24.08.2019. Visitors were able to take a look behind the scenes during the open day at the company’s headquarters in Gro\u00df Berkel.<\/p>\n
Bettina Remmert, Head of the Office for Economic Development, Regional Development and Public Transport, and Andreas Manz, Head of the Department for Renewable Energies\/Environment\/Economy, were guests from the district of Hameln-Pyrmont.<\/p>\n
The Mayor of Aerzen, Bernhard Wagner, thanked Gruse in his speech “for the loyalty to the location and the consistently positive and constructive cooperation”. He praised Gruse’s commitment in the field of education, which is not a matter of course in the present time, but essential in order to offer the school leavers in the district of Aerzen a local perspective.<\/p>\n
Gruse shareholder Ferdinand Kraft emphasised “Gruse has a future, particularly with the new projects currently in the pipeline, in addition to the lift tables”.<\/p>\n

Tours of the production and assembly halls took place from 1 to 6 pm. Gruse employees presented their workplace and current machine projects for renowned customers such as BMW, Robert Bosch, Komatsu and ZF Friedrichshafen AG .<\/p>\n

The historical exhibition “Gruse Milestones” documented the development from an agricultural machinery manufacturer to today’s special machinery manufacturing company.<\/p>\n
learn more about our milestones here <\/a><\/p>\n Gruse provided information on current vacancies<\/a> and the apprentices<\/a> proudly presented their height-adjustable football table<\/a>, which they had designed themselves.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Maren Heinemann, Gruse Project Manager stated “We are delighted that so many people accepted the invitation and are interested in seeing what we have achieved and the direction Gruse has taken”.<\/p>\n Gruse also put together an entertaining programme for the whole family: These included bungee tramps, bouncy castles, face painting for children, stage shows with fitness and roller skating demonstrations and lots of music from the Grupenhagen marching band.<\/p>\n In the evening, Gruse closed its halls and continued the celebration at an anniversary party for all “Grusians” with family, friends and visitors. The party went on until late in the evening, with live music from the cover band “Stamp Heat”.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ludger Helmig, Managing Director of Gruse, was very pleased with the smooth running of the event and the positive response: “It was great to see how hard our staff worked for this special event.
